At SlideGrips, we offer our customers the very best shipping service so you will receive your items in a timely and safer manner.

All items are fulfilled from our SlideGrips warehouse. They will be safely packed and packaged to ensure your items delivered in pristine condition.

Since we ship Worldwide delivery time will vary based on what country you live in & what shipping option you choose.

- Standard shipping time (Free for orders over $29): 12-20 business days

- To the following countries the shipping time is up to 40 days: (This is due to the customs and distance from our warehouse.): South Africa, South America, Nigeria, Mexico, Egypt, India and Macedonia

When your tracking number becomes available, you will receive a notification via email to track your order. It will take 5-10 business days until the tracking information is visible due to the current high demand on our SlideGrips.

As soon as your order has been shipped our warehouse will receive an email with shipping information. 

When your order has been shipped it will take 5-10 business days until the tracking information is visible due to the current high demand on our SlideGrips. 

Track your order: 

Click on the tab "Track Your Order" at the top of our website and enter your order number (#xxxx) and the email address you used when placing the order.

Generally, due to the extreme high volume of orders we get every day, our standard processing time is 4-5 business days.

"VIP Priority Processing" is an option that we will prioritize your order by skipping the order queue and we will ship it from our warehouse within 1-2 days.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We at SlideGrips can only do changes to your order as long as your order hasn't gone to long in the process or  has been shipped.

To cancel your order you can either write to us on our facebook page SlideGrips or email us at contact@slidegrips.com and we will cancel it for you.

You are subject to a $2 fee for cancellation.

If your order has gone to the long in the process or already been shipped it is not possible to cancel the order and get a refund. 

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
